All services, recordings, courses, and workshops offered by Humming Nest are intended solely for personal development, relaxation, and self-awareness.
Our offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, well-being, and results.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Meditation, breathwork, and sound healing can create deep emotional or physical sensations.
  If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or distress, please stop immediately and seek medical advice.

• If you have any diagnosed health condition (physical or psychological), consult your healthcare provider before joining any of our programs.

• Humming Nest and Abhiraam Gautham are not liable for any injury, emotional reaction, or medical condition that may occur before, during, or after participation.

• Our programs are designed for general wellness and do not guarantee any specific result such as healing, recovery, success, or transformation.

3. Intellectual Property

All recordings, meditations, music, course materials, videos, graphics, and written content published by Humming Nest are protected by copyright.
They may not be copied, shared, sold, uploaded, or distributed without prior written consent.
You are granted limited personal access for self-use only.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments for online or offline sessions, workshops, or courses are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Humming Nest.

• Transfer of booking to another date or participant may be considered upon written request and subject to approval.

• Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Humming Nest, its facilitators, team members, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to emotional distress, health issues, loss of income, or other damages.

6. Personal Responsibility

By joining any of our programs or consuming our content, you affirm that:

• You are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

• You take full responsibility for your participation and its outcomes.

• You release Humming Nest, Abhiraam Gautham, and the team from all liability arising from your participation.
